Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an independent account. Accounts for minors under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform, users represent that they have authority to enter into these Terms.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for: maintaining accurate information; safeguarding login credentials; all activity occurring under their account; and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

CSF Flag NXT LVL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms of Service, community guidelines, or applicable laws. In such cases, access to the platform may be revoked immediately, and any fees or payments previously made shall be non-refundable.

3. Platform Use

Users may use the platform solely for lawful sports, athletic development, communication, and team management purposes.

Users may not: misuse athlete information; engage in unlawful activity; harass or threaten others; upload harmful content; interfere with platform operations; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or export data without authorization; or use the platform for exploitation of minors.

4. Coach Responsibilities

Coaches using the platform agree to: maintain professional conduct; communicate appropriately with athletes and parents; protect athlete information; comply with applicable laws and organizational policies; and refrain from misuse of platform data.

Coaches may not use athlete information obtained through the platform for unauthorized recruiting, solicitation, harassment, or unrelated commercial purposes.

5. Messaging & Communications

Messaging tools are provided for authorized team and organizational communication. CSF Flag NXT LVL reserves the right to monitor, review, restrict, or remove communications that violate policies or create safety concerns. Users acknowledge that communications conducted through the platform may be retained.

6. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they upload. However, by uploading content, users grant CSF Flag NXT LVL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and promote such content in connection with the platform and related business purposes. Users are solely responsible for uploaded content.

7. Subscriptions & Purchases

Certain services require paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. Users agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before renewal. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

If a user chooses to cancel their subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Users will retain full access to the platform and subscription features through the remainder of the prepaid subscription period; however, no full or partial refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription term.

Refunds are subject to applicable policies and platform provider rules.

8. Moderation & Enforcement

CSF Flag NXT LVL reserves broad discretion to: investigate conduct; moderate content; suspend accounts; remove material; limit platform access; or terminate users. Enforcement decisions may occur without advance notice.

9. Anti-Harassment Policy

Users may not engage in: bullying; threats; hate speech; discrimination; harassment; exploitation of minors; sexual misconduct; stalking; or abusive conduct. Violations may result in immediate removal and possible reporting to law enforcement.

10. Limitation of Liability for User Interactions

Users understand and agree that CSF Flag NXT LVL is not responsible for the conduct, actions, communications, or behavior of coaches, athletes, parents, organizations, or other users. Use of the platform and all user interactions occur at the user's own risk.

CSF Flag NXT LVL does not guarantee: user behavior; user identity verification; athlete safety; team conduct; or the accuracy of user-provided information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSF Flag NXT LVL shall not be liable for: injuries; disputes; misconduct; emotional distress; loss of data; unauthorized communications; harassment; or damages resulting from user interactions or platform use.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." CSF Flag NXT LVL disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

12. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, logos, software, graphics, and materials are owned by or licensed to CSF Flag NXT LVL. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit platform materials without written permission.

13. Termination

CSF Flag NXT LVL may suspend or terminate access at any time for: policy violations; safety concerns; misuse of the platform; fraudulent activity; or conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users. Termination may occur without prior notice. Users remain responsible for obligations incurred prior to termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Illinois.

15. Changes to Terms

CSF Flag NXT LVL may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
