B. Minor Athlete Information: For users under the age of 18, we may collect athlete name, age and date of birth, team information, performance statistics, photos and videos, participation history, and parent or guardian contact information. Minor accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

C. Communications: We may collect and store communications conducted through the platform, including coach-to-athlete or coach-to-parent messaging features.

D. Payment Information: Subscription payments and in-app purchases may require billing information, payment method information, transaction records, and purchase history. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

E. Device & Technical Information: We may automatically collect IP address, device type, operating system, browser information, app usage data, crash reports, cookies, and analytics data.

F. User Content: Users may upload photos, videos, team media, athlete statistics, comments, or other content.

2. Parent & Guardian Consent

CSF Flag NXT LVL is intended for use by athletes, parents, coaches, and organizations. Accounts for minors under the age of 18 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

Before a minor athlete account becomes active, a parent or guardian must complete all required waivers, acknowledgments, and consent forms.

By creating an account for a minor, the parent or guardian represents and warrants that: they are legally authorized to provide consent on behalf of the minor; the information provided is accurate; and they consent to the collection and use of the minor's information as described in this Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to: provide and operate the platform; manage athlete participation; facilitate team communications; process subscriptions and purchases; display athlete statistics and profiles; improve platform functionality; provide customer support; monitor safety and compliance; prevent fraud or misuse; enforce our Terms of Service; send service notifications and updates; and promote events, teams, programs, or platform features.

4. Coach & Organization Access

Coaches and authorized organization administrators may have access to athlete and parent information necessary for team operations. This may include athlete names, parent contact information, team assignments, participation records, statistics, and photos and videos.

Coaches and organizations are expected to handle athlete information responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and organizational standards. CSF Flag NXT LVL reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate coach or organization access for misuse of platform data.

5. Messaging & Communications

The platform may include coach-to-player or coach-to-parent communication features. Communications conducted through the platform may be monitored, reviewed, stored, or disclosed when necessary to: protect user safety; investigate misconduct; enforce platform policies; comply with legal obligations; or protect the rights of CSF Flag NXT LVL.

Users acknowledge that communications within the platform should not be considered completely private. Harassment, bullying, solicitation of minors, discriminatory conduct, threats, or inappropriate communications are strictly prohibited.

6. Photos, Videos & User Content

Users may upload or share photos, videos, and other content through the platform. By uploading content, users grant CSF Flag NXT LVL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote such content in connection with platform operations, marketing, promotional materials, and related business purposes.

Users represent that they have all necessary rights and permissions to upload such content. CSF Flag NXT LVL reserves the right to remove content that violates policies, infringes rights, or is deemed inappropriate.

7. Payments, Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The platform may offer subscriptions, premium services, and in-app purchases. By making a purchase, users agree: to provide accurate payment information; that recurring subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled; that fees may change with reasonable notice; and that third-party payment processors may handle financial transactions.

CSF Flag NXT LVL does not store full payment card information unless specifically disclosed. Refund eligibility may be governed by separate refund policies.

8. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Services

The platform may contain affiliate links, sponsored content, or links to third-party products and services. CSF Flag NXT LVL may earn commissions from qualifying purchases. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

However, we may use third-party providers for: cloud storage; analytics; payment processing; infrastructure services; messaging services; and app performance tools. User data, including photos, videos, and other information, may be stored through third-party infrastructure providers including Base44. CSF Flag NXT LVL is not responsible for third-party websites, services, products, or policies.

9. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards intended to protect user information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge that: internet transmissions are not completely secure; unauthorized access may occur despite safeguards; and CSF Flag NXT LVL cannot guarantee complete protection against breaches, hacks, or malicious activity. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

10. International Users

CSF Flag NXT LVL operates internationally. By using the platform, users acknowledge that their information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in countries outside their jurisdiction, including the United States. Users are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to their use of the platform.

11. User Rights & Account Deletion

Users may request: access to their information; correction of inaccurate information; deletion of accounts; or withdrawal of certain consents.

Some information may be retained for: legal compliance; dispute resolution; fraud prevention; safety investigations; or legitimate business purposes. Account deletion requests may be submitted to coachstonefootball@gmail.com.

12. Moderation Rights

CSF Flag NXT LVL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: monitor platform activity; review communications; investigate reports or complaints; remove content; restrict access; suspend features; or terminate accounts.

Moderation actions may occur without prior notice when necessary to protect users, enforce policies, or comply with legal obligations. We are not obligated to monitor all activity and do not guarantee detection of all violations.

13. Anti-Harassment & Community Safety

CSF Flag NXT LVL is committed to maintaining a safe environment for athletes, parents, coaches, and organizations. Users may not: harass or intimidate others; bully or threaten users; discriminate based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability; solicit minors for inappropriate purposes; share explicit, offensive, or harmful content; misuse athlete information; impersonate others; or engage in unlawful conduct. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

14. Limitation of Liability for User Interactions

CSF Flag NXT LVL does not control, supervise, or guarantee the conduct of users, coaches, athletes, parents, organizations, or third parties using the platform.

Users acknowledge and agree that: interactions with other users occur at their own risk; CSF Flag NXT LVL is not responsible for user behavior or communications; we do not independently verify all user identities, credentials, or representations; and we are not liable for disputes, injuries, damages, losses, misconduct, or claims arising from user interactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSF Flag NXT LVL disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from platform use.

15. Retention of Information

We may retain user information for as long as reasonably necessary to: provide services; comply with legal obligations; resolve disputes; enforce agreements; or protect platform integrity. Deleted information may remain in backup systems for a limited period.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
